Says he is from courthouse and needs to serve you a summons. He says that you can pay a chunk of money so you won't be served. When I told him that I had no idea who or what he was talking about and started questioning why he called my elderly parents cell phone he cut me off said he was getting my license plate tagged so I would be detained until I went to court.
