Called today at 12:26pm PST. I actually answered because its a Santa Ana number and I have an appointment in Santa Ana in 2 weeks....anyway i guess Alex isn't used to people picking up and was hoping for a voicemail, he was very thrown off and hung up when I asked him to repeat his full name and title with the Dept. of Education. Then I googled the number and saw all these comments.

Left me a voicemail claiming his name was Alex and was calling was the Enrollment Director working with the Department of Education. Demand I give him a call back regarding me being approved for the Hardship Program and demanding that I call him by Friday.

This is THE EXACT same voicemail that was on my machine! It must be a recording. Thank you for posting the audio. I bet they want us to send them a check.
He called to leave this VM before Christmas, in the VM as stated, if I did not reply by Friday, that was it, there was nothing I could do. So why did he call again today, a week later and not leave a VM? HUH?
