Didn't answer but looked up Robert Smith and number and found site. It's a bottom feeder obviously because the statue of limitations ran out 2 years ago on the debt I owed from the mid nineties.

Goes by the name of Robert Smith from an anonymous process serving department from an unnamed collection agency, for good reason because it's illegal and could result in fines and penalty. These guys buy up unenforceable debt that's gone beyond the statute of limitations for pennies on the dollar and then try to collect by intimidation.
