I received yet another call from this place Tel Num 888-845-0597. They believe me to be someone other than who I am. I have explained but they are belligerent motor mouths who kep trying to convince ME I am someone else. I offered to meet face-to-face but they asked "what are ya gonna do beat us up". Of course that was an attempt to get me to make a threat. Didn't work. I filed with the TX Attorney General but they seem marginally interested. THere ought to be laws against this harassment or a parking lot in which to meet them and settle like MEN! They sound like panzy asses hiding behind phones. No real courage in them!

They left threatening voice mail for my husband on my phone today. I warned all the relatives I talk to and I am sure they will reach the ones I do not. It's tax season and they try this before the Holidays and tax time. Furthermore, they once called my husband and I frauds and that we need to manage our debt properly. When I told him this was a scam he literally got nasty with me and told me I must do this all the time, take their money and run. He then said where he thought I worked and I said nothing. He called one time and left my car plate numbers on my son and daughter's voice mail. He keeps changing it from Nationwide Courier services to serving papers to SWA Stone Watson and Associates from LA and calling to be a mediator. Hmmm. Mediators don't cause nasty fights. What an ahole! I cannot change my number because if I do, he is still going to harrass my relatives. I have reported this company under several numbers to the state attorney general's office. Tried several times to get them to stop. Even had the police call them and they stopped until the Holidays. Now it starts up again. They want money for something we don't owe and they are willing to harass us for years for it.

called about a debt from 2013,said they would serve me papers if I didn't call them back today. Called and talked with a Mike Ryan, called back again that same day and asked for him again, they seemed confused about the name.

Caller said he was with SWA. Called relatives I haven't talked to in years. When I called back he said they were a debt collector but refused to give me any information about the debt they were trying to collect. He was very abusive and called me names. I could not understand the individual who I was talking too and he would not let me talk to anyone else. I ended up hanging up on him.
