This Santa Clarita VOIP number attempted an unlawful contact. When the answering machine picked up, a woman's recorded voice touted energy savings. Folks, this is a nationwide scam that phones from multiple area codes (626, 661,805, 818), pretending to be a local utility. DON'T LET THEM IN YOUR HOME!
