Called at 10:30 pm and left no message. One of my apps listed the caller as Public Appeal. A google search listed a Public Appeals in California whose business is Promotion and Fund Raising. I called the number back blocking my caller id. A recorded voice said Hello! Thank you for your call , in order for us to properly help you please call back from the telephone you were originally contacted on. It's going on my block list
