I just receved a phone call from a person saying he's with the ascp and for monitoring purpose the phone call will be monitored. Was asking for a year end donation of $50 rite off the bat. Saying they'd like to include my donation in their budget for finacial purpose of rescuring and finding new homes for animals. Never had a phone call from them b4 so suspected it as a scam. So I declined on the grounds of medical expense , will could u do a smaller donation said I'd be passing

call if you answer it's a lot if not no message

I get calls from this number everyday. If I reject it, they keep calling back. If I answer it, the say nothing. They are becoming a pain in my ass.

On my caller ID it said it was an Irvine, CA number and I do not believe there is a 661 area code anyplace in Irvine. Likely this is just some jerk scammer.
