continuously calling my place of business on autodial to the point that no one else can get through once I threatened legal action against him for trying to get me to wire him money.

Man with a very heavy accent called and stated that there was a legal matter pending against me and my social security number. He even stated the last 4 digits! He said that he would send his agents to my home and my place of employment if I did not return his call. The only thing I can think of is that several months ago I applied on line for a cash advance but never took the money. There was no deposit made into my account. There was no debits from my account as repayment for any loan and I have received nothing in the mail, only phone calls. What do I do to get rid of this guy? I will hire an attorney if necessary but he has to stop calling my work!

This person is calling my mother stating there is legal matter against me and needed to speak to right away. he was very rude and had a very bad accent. Who is this person????
