I received a "prank call" from this number regarding my lost dog ads I put up. The caller had a middle eastern accent and stated he had my dog but would be putting it down because it tried to bite him. But would take a reward if we wanted the body back! I knew it was a prank call because we already had found our dogs weeks ago. I tried calling the phone number back ( 1-661-748-0242 ) it said "No routes found" and had a busy signal. It terrible someone is doing this.

This person calls random times of the day playing racist clips from youtube. I think its a Skype number. Very annoying and irritating.
