Yes, these idiots called me from this Maryland number while I was at work. I hung up after hearing that fake "hello"
hitting the option to opt out of the calls is a waste. If you hit 1 to talk to a 'live person" and tell them you want off of their list , they hang up on you. Being on the do not call list is useless
Automated call from "Heather" telling me my credit card interest rate could be lowered from its current 6%. All I had to do to find out how is press "1." I don't have a credit card... I hung up.
***BEWARE*** Automated call about lowering my credit card interest rate, but I don't have ANY credit cards. I selected "1" to speak with a representative and asked the man with a foreign accent why I was receiving a call about my credit card when I don't have any and he mumbled an apology of some sort and hung up on me. I called the number back and got an automated message saying to press "1" if I'd like to be placed on the company's Do Not Call List. I waited to see if it would connect me to a person but it just repeated the message again so I pressed "1" hoping I won't get a call again.
