Received the same call re computer virus, with respect to Microsoft Window.

Part of my DAILY scam regiment of using all types of numbers EVERY DAY. This time it left a recorded message saying that if I am a MICROSOFT user on my pc, that my account has been compromised, that if I am a MS user to press 1 on my phone or dial back the number 669 215-0195 so I can be transferred to the 'security' team at Microsoft to assist me with the matter immediately...Yeah RIGHT!.

SCAM - do not press any numbers or call them back.

Concern is that they are calling and asking to have your computer turned on before calling them back. Probably hacking people's computers. Call themselves "Fast Internet Solutions." Their toll free number is (800) 348-7205. I'm a mac user so... bottom line, this is more than spam. They have likely hacked unsuspecting persons' computer files.

I got the same scam call today, 2/21/2018.... I blocked the phone number, but they person(s) responsible for this likely have multiple phone numbers they operate from. My wife and I now only answer phone calls from phone numbers we recognize. It is to bad it has come to that.
