They actually texted me stating that my payment placed on file has not cleared. Not knowing what this was or what it was about, since I had no payments going anywhere that weren't already done, and I was aware of. I called and tried to understand who or what they were, and they just kept giving me the run around and I am really not happy that they knew my name and the last 4 digits of my social. I told them clearly to not call me or text me ever again. I told her that I was sure that this was a scam and hung up.
