Recorded message pretending to be live, and saying it's a bad connection and they can't hear you, to bait you to call them.

They keep calling & texting me, for months now, even though I am not interested in their services. If you respond back to them, they charge you. I think that is why they keep calling/texting. It must be how they make their money. Definitely a scam.
