My CELL PHONE rec'd call from this number this morning. I didn't answer and no voicemail message was left. I called number in afternoon and got recorded message that "Your call cannot be completed as dialed. . . ." Therefore no doubt a spoofed number and call from either unethical telemarketer or fraudster. CID showed phone number and "Atlanta, GA."
