Received 10 spam bot calls from a variation of this number from Georgia in one day alone. Some nonsense about signing up for health care from an automated voice. Very annoying!

this call comes from an illicit telemarketer claiming to be a health care provider of insurance, its a data mining operation for your personal info so don't provide them with anything and report the call to the fcc or a government agency or police and don't give them any information. Waste thier time with fake information to at least tie up their lines in the hopes of saving them at least calling another victim or just have fun with them. the number for removing them off the list does nothing so press three and talk to an agent and see what you can find out about them without giving any real personal information
