THIS IS, WITHOUT A DOUBT, A SCAM. Most people don't answer phone numbers that they don't recognize. Therefore, this scammer leaves a message that says she is Rebecca Crosby and is calling from the Fraud Division that has a claim against the person she is calling. Do not return the phone call and absolutely do not give her / them any money whatsoever.

Very bad people out there today. Now that the IRS has repeatedly said they won't ever be calling you to request payment, these people have come up with another narrative / way to frighten people. Absolutely do not fall for this. I don't care if you think you owe money to someone. THIS IS A SCAM.

I received the same call. It does scare you; however I suspected it was scam since the didn't give the name of the company.

That really scared me.., But Thank goodness I call The Dept of Law and they said it most likely a Scam
