these people are relentless they call everyday 3 or 4 times a day for a credit card i havent had in 15 yrs

Keep calling and hanging up when I pickup. Don't say anything, however, the caller ID shows Portfolio Recovery. This has continued for three weeks. They also call from 1-404-719-4368, 1-410-575-1863, 1-412-235-6111, 1-859-586-9557, 1-914-595-7031.
