Debt collection scammers pretending to offer "fast cash". Currently under federal investigation for illegal activities. Block & report calls.

Portfolio Recovery Bottom Feeders. They call me all day claiming I owe money. I do not. I have a great credit score and no outstanding bills. I have told these scammers that and still it continues. I think it is time for me to take action against them.
