The message is advertising for Comcast services. When I tried to call back to get them to stop soliciting me, it connected me to an answering machine- nobody would pickup to discuss the matter.

the call was a solicitation of services on behalf of Comcast Cable Services for the purpose of adding-on services to current subscription.

Upgraded cable services. I currently have only internet with this company.

Three weeks ago I asked to be removed by calling the number and leaving a voice message starting my name and phone number, asking to be removed off their list, per their message when calling 678-393-7960. The message stated that the reason why they were calling is because it is for available promotions and offers thru Comcast. I explicitly asked to be removed. Today 08/10/13, received another call and I answered and ask the woman to stop calling and harrassing me. She stated I would be removed and I also stated that I did have this number on do not call list.

Allegedly Comcast Cable? I do not answer this call anymore. THEY CALl EVERY DAY!

The pre-recorded greeting mentions current promotions through Comcast. It also gives instructions on how to access billing information, so I suspect it might be trying to gather personal data for fraudulent purposes.
