This is a collection Agency For WellStar. They call using different names . Professional medical Billing, Hollis Collins, as well as several others. Wellstar has started the practice of sending bills directly to them. I usually get a call before I even receive the EOB from the insurance Company.

They claim they represent collections for Welstar for bills incurred by my mother. My mother cannot communicate. I have asked for writtn proof of money owed yet they never mail anything. Welstar shows no amount due.

This is a company that works with WellStar to collect a legitimate debt. Very polite will work with you if you need a payment plan ask for Reece she is very compassionate and professional.
