The caller claims that you are the winner of a $100 Wal-Mart gift card. Then the caller asks for personal information such as debit or credit card expiration date, address and social security number.

Tell them they have reached Immigration, ask them to stay on the line until their numbe ris traced.

They won't stop calling, even after I told them I was not interested in whatever it was they were selling. Now they call and hang up.

they call early morning. If I answer it sounds like they hang up. If I don't answer they don't leave a message but hold the line open a few minutes or you will hear talking in the background then they hang up. I called the number back and got a recording. It says you have been contacted by a telemarking service, if you do not wish to receive anymore calls press 1. then after the peep enter your ten digit phone number. There is no peep but atter entering my number the voice thanks me for the information, does not say your number is or will be removed (it did say your number will be removed within 72 hours)
