Call 3-5 times daily from 3-5 different numbers not giving name company and want mailing information.

Called my house phone 2 days in a row trying to verify my son's mailing address. I asked what it concerned and he said he could not tell me. When I asked if this was a collection agency he hung up

They asked to verify my address and last for digits of my social. They had an old home address and the middle name they had was not mine. They wanted to send me some information.
