I have been contacted by this place and it was Ms Anderson or Mr Johnson--BEWARE

they called saying collection for ADVAN CE AMERICA FOR 2012....HAD MY INFO HE SAID HIS NAME IS BRETT SANDERS HE CALLED TO SAY IF IM AT HOME SO HE CAN SEND THE POLICE TO ME ILL BE ABLE TO BAIL OUT THINGS OF THAT NATURE

This is a company called "The Resolution Group' pretending to be a collector for Advance America. Also uses the number of 678-394-4270. The person that I was dealing with was rude and tried to use scare tactics to pay a payday loan that I had defaulted on back in 2013. They have pretty accurate information, though they are not the collector on the account. I reached out to Advance America and found the true collection agency. He pretends to be talking to someone as he is dialing my number. When questioned on the information that he has he gets irrate and hangs up on you. Will not provide proof of debt and when he calls back he states to have my human resources dept call him. Calls back again acting nice and pretending like he did not talk with you a few moments later. A complaint has been filed with the Fair Trade Commission.
