I too have been recieivng calls from this same number and same woman on a loan that I paid off over a year ago! I have a "Paid in full" reciept that I emailed to her and now she is advising me that the Account numbers do not match. I had ONE loan through the comapny that she is collecting on and that ONE loan was paid on behalf of another comapny over a year ago.

Ms. Hines has now advised me that the "burden of proof" falls on me to prove that the account is paid off. The "Paid in full" reciept that I emailed to her should be all the proof that she needs. And mind you, she will not provide me with the information she claims that shows that I still owe this debt. Advised me that she didn't have to share that information with me.

Gloria Hines with HBC called stating she was an investigator. Ms. Hines states I can goole the company but it will come up as HVC with no explaination as to why two different names. Reporting this to my banks Fraud Team as well as FCC.
