Harassing for attempt to collect a debt, leaves no name or information. Robocall or spam.

A recorded voice said it was an attempt to collect a debt, and for me to call them back at the same number they called me on. I'm doubting their authenticity because if they were legit, why not talk to me then? No name given, and my phone could only tell me it was "from Georgia". Every other call it gives me a city based on area code. Calls can be rerouted.

Spam, harassing calls, reported spam by many people. Does not leave name of caller or company, just return our call about collecting a debt. Number can not be identified.
