Anybody know who the name of the bottom feeders that keep calling from this number?

Must be Peggy from Dee-Scover Card. She was tired of looking at
pretty lites, so now she tries collections. PRITTY.

Fed up with the calls? Capitol Hill is responsible for this mess.

If people would quit paying these bottom feeder collection agencies, they would
