The automated message mentions not to hang up and that I have "qualified" for a new home security system from Security Solutions. There is another version that starts off with a warning that there has been a break-in or theft in my neighborhood and that I should get protected. They seem to be targetting people in the entertainment business and how they got my cell phone number is unknown to me.
