What is it going to take to rid our lives of these such scammers? It's all so obvious that they are bottom feeders, and liars, you would think that it would be fairly easy to stop them. Christopher Paris and Washington called me and just like the rest, told me the same spill, I'm going to be arrested if I don't pay their settlement offer TODAY, because the 72 hours had passed. Wtf? I told them I would take my chances in the court system, but wasn't giving them a dime! I know it's all a scam, I'm reporting them now.

I am currently out of the country, called me on a phone I activated a few months ago, about a check that was supposedly written 12 years ago using a checking account I never had (I called the bank to verify) I also called the company they were supposedly collecting for to verify they submitted the claim, they never heard of them. The guy that called had the last 4 of my social security number and every address where I have ever lived, but don't let this fool you into giving them your banking information.

Christopher Paris and Washington, although he identified himself as Christopher Washington and Paris, he's not too bright, claim I will be arrested if I don't pay 1200 for a check written in 2000 at some grocery store, want a prepaid or debit only, (red flag ) I looked them up, all I found was a fake website, it's so bad even their name is spelled wrong! And one more thing Nikki, when you researched them, after seeing all their typed up, misspelled website, and their joke of a facebook page, and looked at the BBB about them, and Googled their name, your still going to tell me that you still think they are legitimate? Really?

These people who said they went to jail for 6 months because they didn't give these crooks money are lieing!

I've been checking on them from top to bottom, I will not stop until somebody tells me who they think they are, they pass every test for a scam, but they do have gumption to actually have a home base, It's in College Park Ga, Best Rd. Suite 305 in a building called Waterstone, But I was denied access.

They called me today from 308-210-2039, which is in Nebraska. The fake website and Facebook says Georgia. It was $11 to winn dixie in 2002. Winn dixie is looking into it. I want to know how they got my social.

Nikki, it sounds like you work for them! You sound exactly like what they said to me, and fyi, without them producing a validation letter which is required by law, that tells me they are fraudsters, there are numerous misspellings on their website, even their NAME is misspelled in one or more places! Really? Lol. My 9 year old granddaughter made a website that is alot more believable than theirs is.

And plus, their founder, Ronald Emory Mullinax is a private eye, and made their website through GoDaddy!

And 6 months in jail for a check is absurd, unless you had a history of writing bad checks, and these crooks have only been in operation for less than a year according to the BBB, and if you have researched them as I have, then you will see that their website was made by this private eye guy who went through GoDaddy! It's a joke to say the least, and their "call center" displays a different number every time they call, the " co- owner" is from the Philippines, and their " attorneys" don't exist.

Also, I called my district attorney in the town in question and they knew nothing of it, they recommended that I report them, plus after 5 years the statue of limitations runs out, and plus this 10 dollar check would have been handled on a different level, within the municipality of the county, not 15 years later like this.

But In my case I didn't have a checking account at the time in question. They are crooks, liars and scammers. I have researched them and reported them to the proper people. I know for 100 % that I didnt write a bad check in 2000, and plus when I asked for proof they cannot produce it, they have a private detective that looks up random people and gets their information fraudulently, and I intend to stop them, research them and you will see
