Ability to lower credit card interest rate, you must have minimum of $3000 balance. I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their list and explained that I have no credit card debt. They continue calling at least 2-3 times/day. When I ask who they are and how to contact them they hang up. This has been going on for at least a year and I've read of numerous complaints about them. Please put these scammers out of business.
