It is for consolidating credit cards into their services. I gather that's what it is the one time I was able to talk to someone he was very non-specific about what the service/product actually is.

I have been receiving these calls 5-6 times a day on my cell. I finally stayed on the line and politely asked to be placed on the do not call list. The guy said there was no way to do that and to just hang up every time they call.Long story short, he ends up telling me to shut up, in so many lovely forms including using the F word. Then proceeds to cuss me out. Mind you, I am on my bluetooth in my car, with my two kids, who heard the whole conversation. I am so angry!!!!

The message says that my credit card account is approved for lower interest rates and payments but when I've talked to the actual "agents", they can't tell me what credit card company they represent. I haven't given any personal info to them beyond the fact they have my phone number.
