lower my credit card interest

Message was related to lowering credit card interest rates and to press 1 to be connected to a representative. I waited to be connected to request to be removed from call list only to have the call immediately disconnected. I have had this same type call on at least 4 other occasions in the past 6-8 months and have tried to request do-not-call each time.

Reduced interest rate

Lower my interest rates on my credit cards. I called the number back at 9:47 PM EDT on 8/14/2012; and I received a message stating that I called a disconnected Pacific Tel #.

Msg is "We can lower your credit card interest rate. Press 1 to talk to a representative." When I press 1, I ask how I can be removed from the calling list. Usually, they just hang up. A different # that called me previously, told me to stand on 1 foot and hop in a circle. I thanked the 'gentleman' and hung up.
