SEVERAL calls from recorded 'Rachel' wanting to lower my interest.....wish they'd stop calling!

Received the call at 3:36 p. m. CST, and the only thing shown on the caller ID display was "Michigan ND". After listening to the recording, I told a live representative that I was reigstered with the Do Not Call Registry and that I was going to report them since they keep calling; she quickly asked if I wanted the U. S. Attorney General's toll-free number (LOL) and I told her "No, I will file the complaint via the Do Not Call Registry online". End of call . . .

This is a robo call that starts with a woman's voice. She introduces herself as Rachel and then says she will lower my credit card interest. If you press 9, you will be connected to a live person. I have asked them not to call and have hung up on them repeatedly. I am on the do not call list, but now the company is using cell phones all over the US. I got the same exact call from Atlanta , GA two days ago. Nothing stops them.

I keep getting phone calls from this number and wish they would stop. this is robocall about lowering credit card debit.
