11:21 am - recorded message about a 'Dream Vacation' - just complete a short survey - mutiple calls over past several weeks about vacation/cruise packages - never signed up for anything like this!
caller ID clearly showed call from ND. guy with a very heavy Indian accent came on, I told him I didn't understand him and asked for someone who spoke English. I got another person whose accent was just as heavy. when I asked where they were calling from, they said Atlanta, George. (not Georgia!) I told them that if they were truly calling from Atlanta they would know how to pronouce the state Atlanta was in, therefore they must be scammers. the person started swearing and yelling at me and then hung up. Do these people think we are stupid?
When answer the phone no one said anything
Credit Card Scam. Spoofed number by an overseas scammer. Heavy Indian accent on a guy named "Steve". I told him I don't deal with overseas companies/scammers. I told him that I wasn't the stupid one on the phone and that the call was being recorded. He quickly hung up.
I don't know anyone in ND. I blocked the area code.
