I received a call from a mr. Jackson. He stated that he will have paper sent to my house and place of employment if I don't pay. First of all I never got a payday loan in 2007 I did my have a bank account and when I asked him to send me documents he said they could not do that. He also said if they can't reach me at either place that if I get pulled over then they will serve me the papers then, so I told him to contact my lawyer for any further information and he hung up, but then called rigt back from a different number and when I tried to call the number back it was disconnected. Now they are calling my job!!!! How are they getting my information.
