Same experience. Said they had sent a letter, I said I haven't received anything and she said, "It was probably delayed because of the holiday." Easter fell on Sunday and there was not a three day weekend, so how could the mail have been delayed because of a holiday? SCAM!!

I called them back as they called while I was driving. She knew my name but wanted my address to verify they had the right person. I gave my po box but she wanted city, state & zip, too. That's when I questioned who she was. She said her name was Sandy, with IC Ststems & they were trying to collect a debt for a client she would not name. I refused to give any more info unless she told me who she was representing. She told me to have a nice day & hung up.
