The message said they'd reduce the interest rate on my credit cards. Press 1 to speak with a representative. I pressed 1 and said don't call me. She screamed "dumb ass Bitch!!" and hung up.

Message intended to deceive by claiming it was a "credit alert" and they had knowledge of my credit card being in good standing (without naming any specific card issuer/bank), then to contact them about lowering my interest rate. I have received this same call in the past but did not report it. I hung up before it was finished.

call indicated that there was an urgent need to contact card holder services to lower my interest rate. listened to entire message for option to remove from list. only option was to press 1 for live rep, which i did. live rep began speech about how he was not selling anything i earned it and i needed 4,000 in debt to qualify. when i asked to be removed from their call list, the man interrupted me and said "shut up you dumb ass. there is no list. why did you press 1 if you didnt want to talk to someone. why are you being a dumb ass?" and hung up
