Registerd on National Do Not Call list, but they continue to call. Message said, "Congratulations, you have won a free vacation..."

I keep getting this same message. They keep calling my cell phone. Both my home # and my cell are on the National Do Not Call list, so what's the deal?

home security spam. does not stop calling even after you tell them to take you off the list.

TheReduce credit card debt. they were calling on my cell which is on the do not call registry. I blocked them from calling again after the humpteenth time they called. Hope you have that option. Wish there was a button we could push that would tase them through the phone for calling after you push the 1 or 2 or 3 to be taken off the call list.
