This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the phone is answered, and further violate the TCPA by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line to stop the recording and answer questions. They also fail to provide a phone number and address when asked since they never let you get to an operator, further violating the TCPA. Their recording is all about making thousands of dollars each day by plugging into their marketing system. This is clearly a pyramid scheme, since ten minutes into their recording they still hadn't talked about the product, just how you make thousands of dollars and do not have to do any work...
