The credit service called asking me a series of very personal questions, and the company salesman answered none of my questions. The salesman asked me for my social security number, my home address, my name, and other personal information I was not going to give their company. My number is on the do not call list, and this company has violated that do not call agreement with the f.c.c. I am requesting aggressive action be taken against these crooks, and as a former communications operator in the marine reserves I am requesting that your organization fine this company the full $16,000 fine after considering the full burdens of hostility this company has tried to use in trying to ruining with infringment the rights of a retired marine. I expect your outstanding cooperation in holding these identity theives to the harshest of accountability. I thank you for your help.

Prerecorded message offered interest reduction services. I was given 2 choices - press 1 to connect to sales, 2 to be removed. I pressed 2 & was connected to a salesman, who promptly hung up on me when I asked to be removed from their database.
