They claimed to represent some credit card services regarding my personal Credit Card information (specific credit cards brands that I use), they offered interest rate reductions, etc but they hung up when I questioned who they represented

Claim to lower my credit card interest rate. I don't have a credit card. I have gotten similar calls in the past from many different numbers. It is always the same Pre recorded message saying this is my final notice and opportunity to lower my interest rate. Sometimes the auto message hangs up on me and sometimes it connects to a person. Every person I have spoken with has hung up on me when I ask questions or tell them to stop calling. If I call back it is either a dead number or there is a recording telling me to push 1 if I don't want to receive more calls. I always push 1 and still get calls.

It was Rachel from Card Member Services telling me they could lower my interest rate, for about the 50th time in the last 3 months. I always try to get my number removed, but when I tell them to remove me, they hang up.

Posing as "Credit Card Services" regarding Chase, Capital One and Bank of America accounts to lower interest rates to 6.9%. Accent is middle-eastern (spoke with two people). Both attempted to get the expirations date and when I said that I don't give out my credit card information and told the last person that they should be ashamed of what they are trying to do, he began cussing me.
