Lower credit card interest rate to 6.5% I got their number from caller ID. It was an automated call when I pressed 1 to speak to someone and asked the name of the company they hung up. The number on caller ID was (701) 661-1003. I called back and there was answer.

CALLED MY PERSONAL CELL PHONE. NO MESSAGE LEFT. I HAVE NOT GRATED PERMISSION FOR ANYONE FROM THIS NUMBER TO CONTACT ME.

FROM RESEARCHING NUMBER, I HAVE ASCERTAINED THE CALL IS FROM A CREDIT CARD "SERVICE" TO LOWER INTEREST RATES.

This call was from "Credit Card Services". I haven't had a call from them in about three weeks. Every time I get a call I file a complaint. Last month I was getting one or two calls a day. Why can't you guys do something about this scam service. I've already filed about 20 complaints......
