I've been receiving several calls from this telemarketer/scam artist. I am on the national do not call list and have directly informed this caller. However I received a call from that number less than 30 minutes ago. Approximately one month ago, I answered and spoke with a representative asking if they're refering to a credit card I already have, the the person abruptly hung up!

Credit services to lower rates. I don't use any of their credit cards to begin with! They're at it again! Recording: "We're calling to alert you to a problem with your credit card. Don't worry, we just want to lower your rates. Please press "1" to begin saving money now!" Cold calling, cold calling with a recording, calling in violation of the do not call list, presenting fraudulent caller id information...

once, you say I'm sorry I didn't understand your name, because they say it in a fashion you miss the conversation, then they hang up.
it is so clear this is a scammmmmmmm....................
some how these calls should not be allowed at all...........
