Says they can lower your interest on your credit cards. When you tell them you are on a do not call list or ask them to stop calling they hang up on you.

The recorded message says, "This is Account Services calling." It goes on to say that the call is the "...final notice..." to lower the interest rate on my credit card. A person I spoke to said that their company was given my phone number directly from Visa Card Services. I called Visa to confirm this. The Visa representative said that was not true, and that Visa would never give an outside party my information for the purpose of lowering my interest rate.

credit card services to lower our credit card rate. They call 3-4 times a week, for the past 1-1/2 year. I have spoke to them to stop, they will not,opted out to recieve calls, they won't quit.

They "offer" a lower interest rate for credit cards. However when you press "1" to speak to a representative they immediately ask for your social security number and credit card number.
