Lower my interest rate

First it said that they could lower my interest rate. I made a complaint last week and now it sounds like someone is breathing on the other end and not saying anything. I was feeling harrassed earlier but now i am feeling threatened and afraid for my safety and the safety of my grandchildren if they are with me! I feel this is an attempt to intimidate me. I need your help please. I don't know what else to do at this point. I called the police and they can't do anything because there was no "threat" or injury. What else do I have to do to get these people to stop threatening and calling me?

most call messages begins with "AN IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT CONCERNING YOUR CREDIT CARD, THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE TO LOWER MONTHLY RATES...."
When prompted to speak to an operator by pressing 1, I have asked to be removed from the list, then hung up on. Another time I asked to speak to a supervisor, again hung up on. I have re-dialed the number repeatedly and answered with a message with instructions to have my number removed from their list. The message informs me this will take 72 hours. I've been doing this the past month. The last couple of times I re-dialed, I hear the message, "THERE'S NO ONE AVAILABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL. GOODBYE"
