offer to lower my interest rate on credit cards. Said this was my last chance to get the offer even though they had called 3 other times. Said to push 2 to be taken off the list which I did the two times. The other times I pushed 1 and got a live person. First time I asked for supervisor, they hung up. Second time I asked them to remove me from the list, they hung up.
