They said this was my "last chance" to lower my interest rates on my credit card due to "changes in government policies", implying this was a call somehow associated with federal government.

The message starts by saying that they have been trying to get ahold of me and had sent me information in the mail to lower my credit card interest rate. Every time I tell them I am on the FDNC list and either I get hung up on or cussed out. This time the man I talked to sexually harrassed me. I have a recording of part of the phone call. I told him I was trying to file a lawsuit and I was recording the conversation.

The message asks if I want to reduce my credit card interest rate. The recording claims that it is my final notice to save money, however they call several times daily. When I press 1 to be connected, and ask them to remove my name, they hang up immediately. If I press the number to be removed from the list, it seems to incur more calls. I find these calls to be harassing in nature, as they are trying to scam me, and they are rude.

Recorded message from Ann about lowering interest rates, push one to talk to a human. They call every day, cell and home phones, they refuse to stop calling and merely hang up on me. They use multiple numbers and area codes 701 and 714.
