Lower my credit card rates, and this is "my final offer" -- which this final offer has lasted for weeks and multiple calls from various phone numbers, both to my cell and to my hone phone 309-962-9783 which I also submitted a complaint form on. I have never asked for any credit counseling or inquired anywhere about credit card debt.

A (SCAM) service to lower the current interest rate on my credit cards - something anyone can do that is in good standing with their creditors. I have tole them time & again to STOP CALLING!

The call starts with "You've been selected to reduce your credit card debt, press 1 to speak with a live operator". They call from several numbers. Pushing 1 and asking not be called, they hang up immediately. Pushing 1 and asking for any information, they hang up immediately. Calling the number back goes to a pre-recorded message.
