It wants me to press 1 to lower my interest rate. I use to just hang up but I have tried to press 1 and speak to several different people of the course of two months and they always hang up on me. I got one person last month to not hang up and she said they would take me off and it didn't happen.

The automated message indicated an offer to reduce my credit card debt and gave me the option to speak to a representative. Once I was able to speak to a rep without them hanging up on me, I was given details that they could lower my debt if I owed $4,000 or more within a certain amount of time. To be sure I was qualified they asked for personal credit card information.
