This is the same company that has been calling me for months, claiming to be able to lower interest rates on my credit cards. I don't even have a credit card, and when I ask what company they are with, they hang up on me.

Lower credit card interest rate. When I indicated that my credit card balance was very low, the caller hung up before I could ask to be placed on the company's do not call list, again. I have requested that this company stop calling me 3-4 times, they keep calling from different phone numbers.

Credit card low interest rate for transfer. Message is always 'this is your final opportunity'. I have been receiving these calls, sometimes two per day, for many months. Always the same voice recording, often from different numbers.

"Card Services", service relating to credit cards, although does not identify company name. Automated message asks recipiant to push "1" to be transferred to service representative. Once on the line, if the recipiant asks to please be removed from the call list, the caller simply hangs up.
