They called me and said they wanted to lower my credit card interest. I asked how to get them to stop calling and they said pay off my credit cards! I asked what credit card company they represented and they said the VISA card beginning with a "4" - I replied don't all VISA cards begin with a "4" and he said, well yes they do and hung up on me! Second time today they have called my cell phone. They just hung up before.

Message said I qualified for a low interest rate on my "account" and that if interested I should dial "1". I did and asked to be added to their Do Not Call List. The person on the other end promptly hung up.
